| Tom and Cynda Jones started CynTom Property Management Inc. in 1995 and quickly grew out of their garage. CPM Inc. has annual sales approaching $1,000,000. In the first years, the primary customers were residential; lawn care, snow removal, general maintenance. Over the years, the business has expanded to maintaining commercial buildings, apartment complexes, townhome associations, and self-storage facilities. CPM Inc. provides a custom service fitting each company or individual's requirements. Services offered include bookkeeping, maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, and hiring subcontractors as needed. Therefore, you don't have to worry about getting the job done as we will take care of it. We have strong relationships with our vendors/suppliers due to our partnering concepts. Our employees are skilled, and can handle most of your maintenance issues. |
