A licensed Real Estate Broker with over 10 years of property management experience, Tom actively oversees and manages the day to day operations of CPM, Inc. Tom has a full scope of real estate experience including residential and commercial property management, sales and purchases of all types of income property and establishments of partnerships. Tom works in conjunction with his staff and helps perform all duties from snow removal and miscellaneous maintenance to analysis of income property potential.

A licensed Property Manager, Pam has been with CPM, Inc. for approximately 4 years. Her duties include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, customer service, administration and employee relations. Along with a degree in accounting and over 20 years of accounting experience, Pam is trained in property management, fair housing laws and the crime-free housing program. She enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities.

Jessica Greeley
Horticulturist

Jessica came to CPM, Inc. in the spring of 2003. She has a degree in Horticulture with emphasis  placed on property management. She is in charge of the mowing crew. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
