Tom Jones A licensed Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of property management experience, Tom actively oversees and manages the day to day operations of CPM, Inc. Tom has a full scope of real estate experience including residential and commercial property management, sales and purchases of all types of income property and establishments of partnerships. Tom works in conjunction with his staff and helps perform all duties from snow removal and miscellaneous maintenance to analysis of income property potential. |
Kathy Wyant Kathy just joined CPM Inc. in June 2010. Kathy is responsible for accounting funtions, customer relations and office management. Kathy brings over 18 years experience in the adminstrative field. She also has a Masters in Business Administration degree. |
Ray Montreal Ray joined CPM Inc. in 2005. He is in charge of overseeing general day to day maintenance as well as special projects. Ray oversees several full-time and seasonal employees and his experience covers a wide spectrum of maintenance areas. |

Jessica Greeley Jessica came to CPM, Inc. in the spring of 2003. She has a degree in Horticulture with emphasis placed on property management. She is in charge of the mowing crew. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. |
